Almasri travel , an Al-Masri Group subsidiary, is a full-service travel agency offering custom travel packages for over two decades With ongoing office expansions in Damascus, Homs, Hama, and Latakia. In 2008, Almasri Travel was appointed as Bahrain Air’s General Sales Agent and Ground Handling Service provider at Damascus and Aleppo, Syria. The activities performed by the Al-Masri group included; Ticket sales, passenger services, Customer relations, flight operations.
Bahrain Air proposed yet another partnership less thana year later, appointing Almasri’s ground handling operation and Air freight services contract at Damascus and Aleppo Airport in Syria. During this liaison with Bahrain Air, we were awarded for multiple years as the best hub, best sales and consecutively increased our customer satisfaction ratings. Furthermore, Achieving this accolade was complete determination, with full capacity offered by Almasri Tourism at our two airport hubs in Damascus and Aleppo.
